White roofing!!!

Had you ever seen white roofing?
Neither did we until recently!

Why is a white roof a smart idea?
During increasingly hot summers, a white roof keeps a property fresh much easier.
White roofing reflects sunlight, reducing heat penetration into the house.
As a result, you have much lower energy consumption.
Not only does the air conditioning have to run less, the efficiency of the solar panels also increases.
The white roof reflects sunlight which is then recaptured by the solar panels.

The roof of the Hestia building that houses @basicfit_be at Rozenberg Mol needed some love.
The choice between the standard black roofing and the much more logical/ecological white variant was quickly made!
Hestia is only too happy to make a difference with such small interventions.
