Residence Mina in Molse Jakob Smitslaan has four flats designed by AP/ART architects and manufactured in CLT.
Unique to this project is the Litobox utility infrastructure system.
This heats and cools the flats.
The four flats are currently rented out.
The ground floor was sold to accounting firm Willems.
